The Hustle Super Tag Titles were created in November of 2005, being decided at the first Hustle Mania. The legendary Genichiro Tenryu and fellow former Sumo Wrestler Tadao Yasuda united to defeat Masato Tanaka and Kintaro Kanemura to become the first champions, giving the belt some initial credibility. The belts were active up to the following Hustle Mania next year, as Team 3D successfully defended the belts against The Monster Army's Sodom & Gomorrah. After that, the belts were seemingly disregarded.

1. (11/03/2005 @ Yokohama Arena) Genichiro Tenryu & Tadao Yasuda beat Kintaro Kanemura & Masato Tanaka (10:09) when Tenryu pinned Kanemura after the 53 Sai (decision match).
2. (3/05/2006 @ Yokohama Bunka Gymnasium) Wataru Sakata & Ryouji Sai beat Genichiro Tenryu & Tadao Yasuda (10:56) when Sakata pinned Yasuda with a Diving foot stomp.
3. (6/17/2006 @ Saitama Super Arena) Erica & Margaret beat Wataru Sakata & Ryouji Sai (10:58) when Erica submitted Sakata with a Maiden's Cross knee hold.
4. (10/10/2006 @ Aichi Prefectural Gymnasium - 3WAY Match) Bubba Ray & D-Von beat Erica & Margaret (c) and Sodom & Gomorrah (11:55) when D-Von pinned Erica after the 3D.
