    Profile:

Genichiro Tenryu is an icon and a living legend in the world of Japanese Pro-Wrestling, with a career spanning over thirty years. Tenryu was brought into All Japan Pro-Wrestling in 1976, eventually becoming one of the company's top names. In 1990, Tenryu made the controversial decision to leave All Japan to form Super World Sports with the help of Megane Super, which despite starting out with incredible momentum, folded two years later. Tenryu would then go on to form WAR, which would survive up and down until 2006, when the company held its official final show. During his career, Tenryu has held almost every major championship in Japan, including both the IWGP Heavyweight title and All Japan's Triple Crown championships, along with being the only pro-wrestler to ever pin both Giant Baba and Antonio Inoki.

Tenryu entered Hustle in 2005, winning Hustle's Super Tag titles with fellow former sumo wrestler, Tadao Yasuda. Tenryu spent his first stint in Hustle involved with "Lone Wolf" Wataru Sakata. Eventually, Tenryu was revealed by President Takada as the New "Monster Army No. 2", much to the dismay of Toshiaki Kawada... Tenryu was handpicked by President Takada to face HG at Hustle Aid 2007 at the Saitama Super Arena in a match where if HG lost, he would lose his mask. But if Tenryu lost, he would have to wear a Hard Gay costume. Much to the surprise of the pro-wrestling community, Tenryu was bested by HG. Because of the defeat, Takada personally banished Tenryu from the Monster Army, casting him into exile. Tenryu returned a month later, saving the Hustle Army from the Monster Army, while wearing the Hard Gay suit he was given after losing to HG. Tenryu was welcomed into the Hustle Army with open arms, going from "Monster General" to "Hustle General". Tenryu now serves as a mentor to everyone in the Hustle Army, including RG, who Tenryu has now taken under his wing. Together, the two form the team, WARG.
